Might you be LOW in Magnesium?

How can you tell if your body needs more magnesium?

Here’s a list of magnesium deficiency symptoms from the peer-reviewed science, some articles going back to the 1980’s.  Do you have any of these common symptoms?  Do you have more than one, two or three?  High magnesium foods, oral and/or topical supplementation may help if continued for 6 months or longer, and it has very little, if any, downsides.

Many of these symptoms and issues can have other causes besides low magnesium status, but research shows magnesium is related to each of these.
